Vitamin B12 is an essential vitamin for the body. It contributes to the normal function of the nervous system, normal psychological function and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Vitamin B12 is found mainly in animal products. But many people nowadays are choosing to follow vegetarian or vegan diets - fabÜ R&R RELAX is vegan.
We use methylcobalamin in fabÜ R&R RELAX, which is the naturally occurring form of vitamin B12.
Each daily dose of two capsules of fabÜ R&R RELAX gives you 10 µg of vitamin B12.

Lemon balm extract
Lemon balm (Melissa officinalis) is a member of the mint family and has been used since the middle ages. This wonderful herb is grown all over the world, but was originally native to Europe, West Asia and North Africa. The leaves of lemon balm have a mild, fragrant, lemon aroma.
The leaves can be used in tea, or alternatively, ground down to powder form (which is how we incorporate it into our fabÜ R&R RELAX capsules).
