Folate Ultra is a combination of folate (calcium-L-methylfolate, the most bioavailable form), vitamin B6 (pyridoxal-5'-phosphate), and vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin).

Folate contributes to normal amino acid synthesis and to maternal tissue growth during pregnancy.
