MegaMag® PeriMeno Plus combines magnesium as glycinate, vitamins C, B6, B12 and folate, together with a
herbal blend that includes rhodiola, ashwagandha, sage, shatavari and red clover. It is designed to support the
regulation of hormonal activity, the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and provides support for the nervous
system, for women over 40. Mix one scoop (5.8g) into between 150 - 250ml water (dilute to your personal
