This oil combines omega 3 in the form of alpha linolenic acid (ALA) which contributes towards the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels, with omega 6 gamma linolenic acid (GLA) and a small amount of omega 9. The natural ingredients provide a broad range of nutrients including vitamin E (full spectrum of tocopherols and tocotrienols) and carotenoids (alpha-carotene, beta carotene and lutein).
