This formula is suitable for those who may be deficient in vitamin D, or have insufficient levels and require extra vitamin D. Our vitamin D3 is derived from lanolin (sheep wool).

Between October and March, everyone in the UK is at risk of low levels of vitamin D, as we cannot generate enough vitamin D in the skin through sunlight in those months, and it is very difficult to consume enough through food.

It is thought that as little as 10% of our vitamin D intake comes from the food we eat. Supplementation with 400iu (10mcg) is recommended to adults and children over the age of one, particularly during the autumn and winter months; and groups at risk of deficiency such as those who have little or no exposure to sun, are recommended to supplement all year round.

Direction for use: 

Take 1 tablet daily, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
