Directions for Use
Adults and children over 12yrs: 10ml once daily (2 teaspoons)
Children (3-12 years): 5ml once daily (1 teaspoon)
During winter months a boosted regime can be taken when necessary.
Adults: 10ml (2 teaspoons) four times daily
Children (3-12 years): 10ml (2 teaspoons) twice daily
